4 throttle bodies.

boost. Over 500 HP available at full boost. Shows Twin Airesearch Turbos,
Arao Eng. Air to Air tube intercoolers, 4 Mikunis, and plenum intake
manifold. |

Shows heads installed
in vehicle. Spark plugs go through valve covers. Use HEMI spark plug
wires. Valve covers use no gaskets, but a face O ring and spark plug
tube O rings. Covers secured to heads with four bolts. Note standard
exhaust headers and pushrod |

Shows intake and exhaust ports. Standard intake manifolds bolt on or in
this case a special 4 bolt pattern intake has been installed. This is a
drag head with minimal fins for alcohol use. Street heads have full
fins.

train. Uses O rings for spark plug tubes and an endless O ring on
face.

4150 Chromoly rocker
arms are light and strong for high speed operation. Valve train uses all
standard high performance camshafts for 1.1:1 ratio rockers. 4v heads do
not require high lift and ratio rockers. Lower rockers open lower
valves, push on upper rockers which operate upper rockers.

16v combustion chamber side. Dual 35.5 intake valves
equal the curtain flow area of a single 70mm intake valve. (curtain flow
area is defined as area of perimeter of valve multiplied by the height
of the lift multiplied by 2 valves). The dual 32mm exhuast valves have a
curtain flow area equal to a single 64mm exhaust valve. This huge valve
area combined with a good port, is the reason for the huge gains in
horsepower and torque.
Heads fit 94mm
bores or larger, with standard bolt pattern. Standard flat top pistons
can be used.

Valve spring side, shows dual springs and chromoly
retainers, just twice as many. Standard pushrod tubes, pushrods and
camshafts can be used. Standard big tube headers bolt on, and standard
intake manifolds bolt on. Standard sheet metal fits with trimming.
Heads
come with everything needed to convert to 16valves. Pair valve covers,
rockers, and heads completely assembled.
